			WPI knows how to meet the rigorous schedules and the exacting specifications typical to institutional construction. We have a track record of successful on-schedule, on-budget projects. Our wide array of institutional experience includes schools, correctional facilities, hospitals, government offices, and airports.
	MULTI-FAMILY
			We specialize in building the walls, ceilings, and related components of multi-family high-rise condominiums that define urban landscapes. Our multi-family construction work focuses exclusively on metal-based projects.
	RETAIL
			WPI's experience has allowed for the opportunity to work with well-known industry retailers. Our retail experience includes malls, strip shopping centers, and stand alone theme stores.
	TENANT IMPROVEMENT
			When a building no longer meets the needs of its occupants or an owner wants to build out an empty space, construction from a small remodel to a large scale restructuring may be in order. Either way, WPI's goal is to successfully complete the project while also being clean, efficient, and non-obtrusive.
